ADVENTURE BOOT CAMP is a challenging free wake workout for your entire body increasing strength and improving your definition. It is called 'boot camp' because it trains groups of people may be outdoors may or may not be similar to military basic training. It is a fun and invigorating outdoor exercise programme often commences with dynamic stretching and running, followed by a wide variety of interval training, including lifting weights/objects, pulling rubber TRX straps, pushups/situps, plyometrics and various types of intense explosive routine. Sessions usually finish with yoga stretching.
We have 2 types of boot camps:- Boot camp for school and boot camp for corporate
BOOT CAMP FOR CORPORATE:-Corporate Boot Camp sessions are large group workout classes focusing on the “unexpected” and “functional” aspects of exercise prescription. Boot Camp sessions are arduous in nature and may require (but are not limited to) heavy lifting, extended periods of running, and carrying of objects i.e. tires, pack, logs. Our corporate boot camps contain a mixture of different styles of fitness training which include bodyweight exercises, weight training exercises, abdominal exercises, cardio circuits, medicine ball exercises, head to head training and team challenges. There are a lot of benefits of boot camp like it improves concentration, cardio fitness, full body strength and coordination, increase confidence, productivity and energy levels, weight and fat loss etc.
