ADVENTURE BOOT CAMP is a challenging free wake workout for your entire body increasing strength and improving your definition. It is called 'boot camp' because it trains groups of people may be outdoors may or may not be similar to military basic training. It is a fun and invigorating outdoor exercise programme often commences with dynamic stretching and running, followed by a wide variety of interval training, including lifting weights/objects, pulling rubber TRX straps, pushups/situps, plyometrics and various types of intense explosive routine. Sessions usually finish with yoga stretching.
We have 2 types of boot camps:- Boot camp for school and boot camp for corporate.
BOOT CAMP FOR SCHOOL:- Boot camp for children may seem an extreme way of getting the healthy living message across. Adolescent gets an education as well as behavior modification, self-esteem and family values. We have previously worked with many schools and are the industry leader in this sector. we provide a four-week outdoor programme of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. The Adventure Boot Camp Program is designed to be done 5 days per week. However, there is a 3 day a week option as well(programme can be customized as per the requirement). The 5-day program includes 20 sessions and is the best way to jump-start your fitness and see dramatic improvements.[what is involved- pointwise]
